C.M. No.11886/2019 By this application, the petitioner seeks permission to file lengthy list of dates. The same is allowed. Application stands disposed of. W.P.(C) 2553/2019 The petitioner has assailed the order dated 22.11.2018 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (the Tribunal) in the review application No.239/2008. He also assails the order dated 09.10.2018

passed in O.A. No.3056/2013. The tribunal disposed of the O.A. on the premise that respondent no.6 qua whom the petitioner was seeking seniority, had already been promoted to higher grade. By the review application, the petitioner sought the relief that he be granted promotion to the next higher post of Assistant Legislative Counsel from the date that respondent no.6 was promoted to the said post. The tribunal has rejected the R.A. on the ground that no such relief was sought in the O.A.

After some arguments, counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh O.A. praying the said relief. If such an O.A is filed within the next two weeks, the same shall be entertained on merits. The tribunal may endeavour to dispose of it as early as possible.
