The suit and the connected applications are disposed of in view of the fact that the challenge with respect to the GTE-18 comes to an end today, and therefore, reserving liberty to the plaintiff to file a suit on the same cause of action, of course in accordance with law, the suit and connected applications are disposed of as not pressed.
