Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned Provisional Attachment Order (PAO) No. 16/2024 dated 04.12.2024 issued by the Deputy Director, Directorate of Enforcement (respondent no.2) has been confirmed by the Adjudicating Authority under Section 8(3) of the Prevention of Money Launder Act, 2002 (PMLA). 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner accordingly seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue appropriate legal remedies.

The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for.
