The learned counsel named above named accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

The learned counsel for the respondents submits that due to the announcement of Legislative Assembly elections in Delhi, immediately after this Court's order dated 24.12.2019, respondent no.1 was appointed as a 'District Election Officer'. Due to his aforesaid pre-occupation, the order could not be duly complied with; but the non-compliance was not deliberate; that as a Government Officer R-1 would prudently rather err on the side of the caution than breach this Court's order. He submits that the officer expresses his regret at the non compliance because of the aforestated compelling circumstances. Nevertheless, he undertakes to comply with the aforesaid order within one week from today. He submits that a requisite KUMAR 17:30:51

order shall be passed in the matter and the petitioner would be facilitated to construct the boundary wall and Guard Room as per rule. The petition is disposed off in the above terms. A copy of this order be given dasti under the signature of the Court Master to the counsel for the parties.
