By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 119/2026 dated 07.03.2026, registered at Police Station Narela, Outer Delhi (North), under Sections 125, 351(2), and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, as well as Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

After some arguments, Mr. Suraj Prakash Sharma, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the present application, without prejudice to the applicant's rights and remedies before the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.
The application is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
