Applicant seeks regular bail in FIR No.0085/2023 dated 19.11.2023, for commission of offences under Section 420 IPC and Sections 66C and 66D of Information Technology Act, 2000, registered at P.S. Cyber Police Station, South West.

Learned counsel for the applicant, in all fairness submits that earlier when the applicant had sought regular bail, a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had dismissed the abovesaid application as withdrawn on 23.01.2026. He submits that the applicant who is suffering from some ailments is already on interim bail.

After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the applicant, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, does not press the present application at this juncture.
