% 23.04.2019 Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some arguments, submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the petition with the liberty to move an appropriate application, if required, before the Trial Court to send the documents to FSL for examination and report. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. Pending application is also dismissed as withdrawn.
