% 14.03.2019 Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is the complaint of FIR No.151/2014, under Sections 354/354D/323/ 342/509/365 IPC, registered at police station C.R.Park, New Delhi. Notice.

Mr. M.S.Oberoi, Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No.1-State accepts notice. Issuance of notice to second respondent is dispensed with, as relief sought is innocuous one. The grievance raised by petitioner in this petition is that against summoning order of 9th February, 2016, second respondent-accused has preferred a revision petition, which is pending for last three years and proceedings in the FIR case have been stayed by the Revisional Court. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that next date of hearing before Page | 1

the Revisional Court is 29th March, 2019.

If it is so, then the concerned Revisional Court is directed to ensure that the revision petition is decided within a period of two months from the date already fixed. Trial court be apprised of this order forthwith. With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are accordingly disposed of.
