The only grievance of the applicants in this case was that the results have not been declared.

Mr. Chetan Sharma, learned ASG appears and submits that the results stand declared. The e-mail dated 4 December 2025 in that regard has been handed over to Mr. Jepi Chisho, appearing for the applicants, which reads thus:

dated 01.12.2025 passed by the Hon'ble Delhi High Court in CM Appl. No. 74929/2025 in W.P.(C) No. 3512 of 2025 titled Lumtippou Joy Gengmeih Vs. Staff Selection Commission & Ors., SCC has declared the result of the subject examination in respect of petitioners in the aforementioned case and sent to the nodal force i.e. BSF for further necessary action. They have also been directed to inform candidates/petitioners about declaration of result immediately.
