The application under Section 151 CPC read with Section 152 of CPC has been filed on behalf of the respondents to state that the date of Agreement for Sale in Paragraphs Nos. 13 to 16 of the Order dated 07.05.2024, be corrected to 12.03.2020 instead of 05.03.2020, to which there is no objection on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.
The date of Agreement for Sale be read as 12.03.2020 instead of 05.03.2020 in Paragraph Nos. 13 to 16 of the Order dated 07.05.2024. 3.

that the Invocation of Arbitration is in relation to the disputes relating to the Agreement for Sale.

No clarification are required in this regard because the reference of the dispute is as mentioned in the Notice of Invocation dated 25.01.2024. It has also been submitted that the learned Arbitrator, who has been appointed as the Arbitrator, has expressed his recusal of acting as an Arbitrator. 5.
In view of the submissions made, Ms. Nisha A. Bhambhani, Advocate, (M) 9811042721, is hereby substituted as the learned Arbitrator. 6.
The application is disposed of.
