The present petition is filed challenging the order dated 15.10.2024 passed by the respondent authority rejecting the application seeking parole.

It is pointed out that pursuant to the dismissal of the application seeking grant of parole, the petitioner was granted the benefit of furlough.

The application for parole was rejected noting the overall conduct of the petitioner to be unsatisfactory and that the local police had not recommended for grant of parole. has been released on furlough pursuant to the rejection of the application for parole.

The conduct at this stage cannot be called as unsatisfactory so as to merit dismissal of the application for parole. 7.

The respondent authority is directed to consider such application without being influenced by the rejection order dated 15.10.2024.
