The learned Additional Public Prosecutor ('APP') for the State, at the outset, submits that the applicant has been declared a 'Proclaimed Person' by order dated 13.03.2024. 2.

He submits that, in such circumstances, the present bail application is not maintainable.

In view of the objection raised by the learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks liberty to withdraw the present bail application and file at an appropriate stage. 4.

The bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
