This application has been filed by the applicant under Section 439 Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking regular bail in case FIR 205/2015 dated 06.04.2015, registered under Sections 302/364/34 IPC and Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, 1959, at PS: Sangam Vihar. 4.

Status report has been handed over in Court and is taken on record. 5.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach the Court at an appropriate stage. It is correct that trial has not progressed much, but a large part may be due to COVID-19 pandemic.

Trial Court is thus requested to make every endeavour to conclude the trial expeditiously and preferably, within a period of 8 months from today. 8.
