There is no opposition to this application, which is allowed in view of the Gazette notification dated 28.11.2016 whereby it is stated that all proceedings pending in the Sick Industrial Companies (Special Provisions) Act, 1985 would stand abated. 2.

IA is allowed and this suit is revived.

Since the valuation of the suit is below the pecuniary jurisdiction to this Court, it is agreed that the same be transferred to the competent District Court, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi for hearing and disposal of the same.

As agreed, matter be listed before the District & Sessions Judge, South East, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 21st March, 2018 and District & Sessions Judge will mark the suit to a competent court in accordance with law. Registry will ensure that the file of suit is available to the concerned District & Sessions Judge on the date fixed.
