Learned APP for the State, on instructions, submits that a supplementary challan has been filed against the applicant under Section 25 of Arms Act. It is informed that the matter is now at the stage of framing of charge. He further submits that there are two independent witnesses namely Pankaj and Chandan, inadvertently mentioned as Pankaj and Sarthak in the last order, who are yet to be examined.

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to approach as and when the said witnesses are examined.

Mr. Aashneet Singh, learned APP for the State, states that he would ensure that the witnesses are examined at the first instance after the supplementary challan is taken up for consideration by the concerned Court.
