% 28.02.2020 The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the Impugned Order dated 04.09.2019 has already been implemented in form of execution of a sale deed in favour of the respondent no.1/Decree Holder. He submits that there are certain applications that have been filed by the appellant seeking recall of the compromise decree, which are still pending adjudication. In view of the above, he prays for leave to withdraw the present appeal with liberty to pursue those applications. The appeal is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
