% 11.01.2019 CM No.1156/2019 (for exemption from personal appearance of Commissioner, SDMC) Vide the present application, the respondent no.1 seeks exemption from personal appearance of the Commissioner, SDMC. Learned counsel for the respondent no.1/applicant states that this Court vide its order dated 03.12.2018 had directed the respondent no.1 to positively file its status report within ten days, failing which the Commissioner SDMC, was directed to remain present on the next date i.e. 11.02.2019. He states that the status report has already been filed on 10.01.2019, but the same is not on record. He prays for and is granted time to check up with the Registry and have the same placed on record. The present application would be considered only

after the status report is on record.
