Plaintiff and Defendant No. 1 have executed the settlement agreement dated 07th November, 2023 before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre.

As noted in paragraph 31 of the said settlement, Plaintiff has voluntary given up its claim against Defendants No. 2 to 5. said clause, Mr. Rahul Beruar, counsel for Plaintiff, states that no reliefs are being pressed against Defendants No. 2 to 5 and the suit can be disposed of against them as non-pressed.

As regards Defendant No. 1, settlement has been effected as noted in the aforenoted settlement agreement.

Defendant No. 1- Satbir Bhardwaj, who is present in Court, has confirmed his signatures on the settlement agreement which are also identified by counsel present in Court.

Counsel for the parties mentioned in the appearance above confirm the terms of settlement and pray for the suit to be decreed in terms thereof. 6.

The Court has perused the said terms and finds the same to be lawful. 7.

Accordingly, the present suit is decreed in favour of Plaintiff and against Defendant No. 1, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 07th November, 2023, which shall form part of the decree. Parties shall remain bound by the terms and conditions of the settlement. 8.

In view of the fact that parties have arrived at a compromise, Registry is directed to issue a certificate for refund of full Court fees, in favour of the Plaintiff.

Decree sheet be drawn up.

Suit stands disposed of.

It is clarified that the suit is decreed only against Defendant No. 1 as no relief is being pressed against Defendants No. 2 to 5.
