CS(OS) 603/2001 On perusal of records, it reveals that the present suit is a commercial disputes suit.

Accordingly, the registry is directed to re-number the present suit as CS (Commercial) and while allotting the new number, the Registry shall also indicate on the file, the old registration number of the case.

Re-notify the matter on date already fixed i.e. on 09.02.2018 before the Hon'ble Court for purpose fixed.
