% 07.04.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking directions to respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to advertisement No.02/2013, the petitioner applied for the post of Research Officer (Homeopathy).

After some arguments, Mr.Nishad L.S., learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Central Administrative Tribunal has the jurisdiction to hear the present matter and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.
