% 05.10.2016 IA No. 12501/2016 Plaintiff has filed this application for transfer of this case to the Ld. District Courts on the ground that the pecuniary value of the suit is less than Rs. 2 crores.

I have perused the application as well as the plaint. The suit has been filed for recovery of Rs. 24,00,512.80. The suit is, therefore, liable to be transferred to the Ld. District Courts.

The application is allowed and is disposed off accordingly.

CS(OS) 976/2002 In terms of the Notification No. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015 and also in view of the order passed by the Hon'ble Chief Justice, the suit stands transferred to the District Courts.

The parties are directed to appear before the Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi on 16th November, 2016 for further

directions.
