A Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner for directing the I.O to carry out the detailed investigations in connection to the death of Mr. Ansul Bhadoriya son of the Petitioner.

The various Status Reports have been submitted on behalf of the Respondent. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to file an appropriate Complaint/Application under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C before the Court of Competent Jurisdiction.

In view of the submissions made, the Petitioner is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
