The petitioner is seeking the initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for alleged wilful disobedience of the directions passed by learned ADJ-02, South West Dwarka Courts, Delhi dated 18.05.2023 and 26.10.2023.

None is present for the respondent, who happens to be the real sister of the petitioner.

It appears that the learned ADJ-02, South West District passed a direction to the respondent to furnish an affidavit to reveal as to how much she has withdrawn from the PPF account as well as FDR pertaining to their deceased father Sh.Balkrishna Aggarwal, till date. The said orders were not complied with.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the applicant/petitioner has been advised to move an application under Order 12 Rule 6 CPC or any other appropriate application before the learned Judge concerned through Legal Aid. Learned Secretary, Delhi District Legal Services Authority, South District shall ensure that the present petitioner, who happens to be a visually impaired person, is afforded the service of a competent and experienced legal aid counsel. 6.
Petition is disposed of accordingly without prejudice. 7.
Copy of this order be given dasti to the petitioner under the signatures of the Court Master.
