After hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner does not press the present petition. He, however, submits that since complaint in question was filed way back in the year 2023, learned Trial Court may be requested to expedite the recording of evidence. 2.

While dismissing the application filed by the petitioner herein under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. seeking registration of FIR and investigation by the police, learned Trial Court has already permitted the petitioner herein to lead pre-summoning evidence and it has also observed that if there is any necessity of collecting any evidence with the intervention of the police, it would resort to Section 202 Cr.P.C.

In view of the above, present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 4.

Learned Trial Court is, however, requested to expedite the recording of pre-summoning evidence.
