The present appeal under Section 449 read with Section 482 of the CrPC has been filed seeking the following prayers: - "In the premises set-forth, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:
a. Set aside the Impugned Order dated 29.02.2024 passed by the court of Sh. Pawan Kumar Matto, ASJ/Special Judge (NDPS), North East, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi arising out of FIR No.1195/2015, U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act. P.S. New Usmanpur, vide CR Cases/1204/2016 titled as "State Vs. Danish", in the interest of justice. b. Stay the operation of the Ld Trial Court proceedings till the final disposal of the present appeal arising out of FIR No.1195/2015. U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, P.S. New Usmanpur, vide CR Cases/1204/2016, in the interest of justice;
c. Summon the Trial Court record arising out of FIR No.1195/2015, U/s 25/54/59 Arms Act, P.S. New Usmanpur, vide CR Cases/1204/2016 pending before the court of Sh. Vipul Sandwar, Hon'ble MM, North East District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. d. and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of the appellant and against the respondent. in the interest of justice." 3.
Service report with regard to the Court notice issued to the appellant vide order dated 06.02.2025 has come back unserved with remarks "the address was incomplete".

There was no appearance on behalf of the appellant from the last 4 dates of hearing, i.e., 08.05.2025, 09.08.2024, 20.11.2024 and 06.02.2025. 5.
In view of the above, the present appeal is dismissed in default for nonprosecution and disposed of accordingly. 6.
