Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this petition with leave to approach the Trial Court for necessary orders by Monday i.e. 18th March, 2019. The petition is dismissed with liberty as aforesaid.
In view of the fact that the petitioner undertakes to join the proceedings in the Trial Court as aforesaid, and that the petitioner has claimed that he was not served with the summons, no coercive action be taken against him until 19th March, 2019, or until orders are passed by the Trial Court on his application, whichever is earlier. A copy of the order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
