% 26.03.2019 In this petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner had questioned certain tender conditions which rendered it ineligible from participation. At the outset, learned Standing Counsel for the GNCTD submits that the NIT has lapsed and that even otherwise only one bid was found responsive. It is stated that as a consequence, the tender would not be proceeded with. It is stated that fresh NIT/RFPs would be issued in due course. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the writ petition. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn along with the pending applications.
