Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been granted regular bail in the present case by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi vide order dated 21.9.2017, therefore, he may be permitted to withdraw the present application for anticipatory bail.

In view of above submissions made, the present bail application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
