% 12.03.2020 This petition is for grant of parole. It is submitted the petitioner has spent 12 years, 9 months and 20 days in jail and has also earned remissions for 3 years 7 months and 20 days. It is stated that his conduct has been satisfactory as reported in the Nominal Rolls. Parole is sought on medical grounds. However, it was rejected by the competent authority on the ground even today one furlough is yet pending and can be availed, though he petitioner is not inclined to avail furlong and seeks parole for his surgery. Looking at his past conduct, the petitioner is granted parole for a period for four weeks from the date of his release on his furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
