% 24.01.2018 The counsel for the petitioner on being asked submits that when the suit in question (CS 26242/2016) was instituted in the court of Senior Civil Judge (South-West) at Dwarka Courts, it was correctly presented to the court of appropriate territorial jurisdiction as per dispensation in force at that point of time.

If by subsequent readjustment of the territorial jurisdiction of Civil Districts in Delhi, the jurisdiction over the area where the subject matter of the suit is located has undergone change, exception cannot be taken on the ground of lack of jurisdiction.

With these observations, the petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed.
