The present petition has been filed under Article 226 and 227 of Constitution of India seeking quashing of the auction sale by respondent No. 2 and refund of auction sale considerations paid by the petitioner along with consequential directions. 4.
The petitioner is permitted to move an appropriate application before the concerned Debt Recovery Tribunal, Delhi(hereinafter referred to as "DRT") for an early hearing of the matter.
