This appeal is filed on behalf of the Appellant/Jamia Milia Islamia under Section 37(2)(b) of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') laying a challenge to the order dated 16.01.2023 passed by the learned Arbitrator impleading the Appellant herein as a party. 2.

When the appeal was filed, the primordial ground taken by the Appellant was that the Arbitrator had no jurisdiction to implead a non-party/ non-signatory to the arbitral proceedings, however, in light of the judgments of the Supreme Court in Cox and Kings Limited v. SAP India Private Limited and Another, (2024) 4 SCC 1; ASF Buildtech Private Limited v. Shapoorji Pallonji and Company Private Limited, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 1016; and Adavya Projects Pvt. Ltd. v. Vishal Structurals Pvt. Ltd. and Others, 2025 SCC OnLine SC 806, this ground no longer survives and the ARB. A. appeal is accordingly dismissed as no interference is warranted in the impugned order dated 16.01.2023.

All pending applications stand disposed of.
