O R D E R

% 02.03.2020 Present writ of habeas corpus has been filed by the petitioner - uncle (Juchalen Takri / petitioner No. 1) and a social activist (Nirmal Gorana / petitioner No. 2) seeking direction to respondents to trace and produce the victim (Bikash Tanti @ Vikash) allegedly a bonded labourer missing since 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner himself has referred to a pending writ petition filed by the petitioner No. 2 being W.P.(Crl.) 1011/2018 wherein a status report has been filed with regard to a number of bonded labourers including Bikash Tanti.

Since another Division Bench of this Court is already looking into the

aspect of rescue and rehabilitation of Bikash Tanti, this Court is of the view that it will not be appropriate to entertain another writ petition on the same issue.

Consequently, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to agitate its grievances before the Division Bench seized of W.P.(Crl.) 1011/2018.
