% 10.07.2019 Petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in FIR 93/2019, under Sections 33/38 of Delhi Excise Act, 2009 registered at police station Nangloi, Delhi.

Vide last order, interim protection was granted to petitioner subject to his joining the investigation.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent-State confirms that petitioner had joined the investigation. Without commenting upon the merits of the case, interim order of 15th March, 2019 is made absolute. In the event of arrest, petitioner be released on bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of ₹20,000/- with one local surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Investigating Officer/Court concerned.
