% 26.09.2017 The learned counsel for respondent says that entire payment has been made to the petitioner company, though the learned counsel for the petitioner alleges only the principal amount has been paid, but some interest/ bonus etc remains to be recovered from the respondent and for which the petitioner shall seek appropriate remedy under the law and he seeks to withdraw this petition. The entitlement to any interest/bonus, nevertheless, is disputed by the respondent. In the circumstances, the petition and pending application is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to seek appropriate remedy for alleged claims qua interest/bonus, if any against the respondent company.
