CRL.M.C. 1409/2019 The petition is for quashing of FIR No. 248/2017 lodged in PS Sarita Vihar and proceedings arising therefrom. The FIR has been lodged by the respondent no. 2/BSES Rajdhani Power Limited and the disputes are stated to have been settled through Lok Adalat, pursuant to which the respondent no. 2 has issued no dues certificate dated 18.09.2018. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 confirms that the amounts CRL.M.C. 1409/2019

due have been paid and that the respondent no. 2 has no objection to quashing of the FIR.

In these circumstances, no useful purpose will be served in keeping the criminal proceedings alive. Consequently, FIR No. 248/2017 lodged in PS Sarita Vihar and criminal proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed.
