In the present matter notice was issued on 21st April, 2023. Vide order dated 13th July, 2023, it was observed that the process fee was returned under objections and since then the same has not been filed. Four hearings have passed. None appears for the Petitioner today. 3.

On the last date of hearing i.e., 24th November, 2023, the order records that some settlement talks were going on between the parties and the hearing was deferred.
