The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of direction to the respondent to mutate the property bearing no. C139, C-140 (Ground Floor & First Floor), Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi in the name of petitioners and also to convert the property from leasehold to freehold.

Mr. Rajesh Gogna, the CGSC for the respondent, on instructions, stated that the property as mentioned above has already been mutated in the name of the petitioners as such, the relief as prayed for in the present petition has already been satisfied.

Mr. Jaideep Singh, Advocate for the petitioner stated that the property bearing no. C-139, C-140 (Ground Floor & First Floor), Ramesh Nagar, New Delhi has already been mutated in favour of the petitioners but the petitioners be given liberty to apply for the conversion of the property from The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. leasehold to freehold in accordance with law. 4.

The petitioners shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings in accordance with law for conversion of the abovementioned property from leasehold to freehold.
