% 28.04.2016 Mr Ashish Aggarwal, learned Additional Standing Counsel (Crl.), on instructions from the IO in the subject FIR, namely, SI Ichcha Ram, states that investigation into the subject FIR shall be conducted expeditiously and that the police shall conduct an inquiry/investigation at the office of the Regional PF Commissioner, Noida (UP), which would extend to its officers as mandated by law.

Directed accordingly.

In view of the above direction, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not press this petition. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
