In view of the Status Report filed by the respondent-Corporation, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner submits that his grievance stands mitigated. He, however, prays that the respondent- Corporation be directed to ensure that the property in question should not be re-encroached. 2.

In view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner, as of now, stands mitigated, the Court is not inclined to keep the instant writ petition pending on its board and instead disposes of the same while granting liberty to the petitioner to re-agitate his issue, in case, the property in question is reencroached. 3.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition along with pending application stands disposed of.
