% 15.03.2019 Crl.M.A. 5680/2019 Exemption allowed subject to just exceptions. W.P.(CRL) 780/2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks extension of parole on the ground that the surgery of his mother could not be performed as her sugar levels had gone high and thus the parole be extended so that as and when sugar levels come down her surgery can be performed.

No date of surgery has been fixed as yet which would be subject to diabetic condition of the petitioner's mother. Hence this Court finds no ground to extend the parole granted to him earlier. Petition is dismissed.
