% 24.01.2018 After some hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the application filed therewith and instead approach the rent controller with an application for review, restricted to the issue of joint tenancy arising out of the rent agreement dated 02.04.1988, executed by Shri Suresh Chand, the predecessor-in-interest of the respondents.

The petition and the application filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed granted.

The review application may be filed within two weeks hereof. Dasti.
