By virtue of the present bail application(s) under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (BNSS) read with Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C), the applicants seek directions to PS.: Sarita Vihar, Delhi to release the applicants on bail immediately in the event of their arrest in the FIR No.425/2022 dated 17.08.2022 registered at PS.: Sarita Vihar, Delhi under Sections 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (IPC).

At the outset, learned APP for the State, upon instructions, from the Investigating Officer submits that the original FIR though was filed under Sections 420/34 of the IPC, however, after the rejection of the bail application(s) moved by the applicants before the learned Trial Court on 06.05.2025, during the subsequent investigation, the Sections 468/471 of the IPC have also been added thereto.

Learned senior counsel for the applicants submits since the addition of the said Sections is a new subsequent development, he seeks leave to withdraw the present bail application(s) with liberty to take appropriate steps in accordance with law.

As such, the present bail application(s), alongwith the pending applications, are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
