This is a petition filed under section 36 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking enforcement of the Conciliated Agreement dated 02.03.2023.

During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at a settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 19.05.2025. The settlement agreement is placed on record. 3.

I have gone through the settlement and the same is legal and made in accordance with law.

The learned counsel(s) for both the parties are also present. 5.

In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, and binding the parties to the said terms of the settlement, the execution petition is disposed of and interim order(s), if any stands vacated. 6.
