The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondents be directed to withdraw the Look Out Circular (LOC) placed by the respondents with regard to the petitioner's passport bearing No. S5506509.

The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 (Bureau of Immigration) states that the LOC had been issued pursuant to the request received from DCP, South. It is stated that the said request was made in view of the criminal case pending against the petitioner (FIR No. 941/2014, PS Kotla Mubarakpur). It is the petitioner's case that the petitioner has been discharged in the said case and there is no other criminal case pending against the petitioner.

In view of the above, the LOC was required to be withdrawn. 4.
Respondent nos. 2 and 3 and DCP, South are required to examine the same. If there is no case pending against the petitioner, they are directed to forthwith withdraw the LOC on or before 19.03.2019. 5.
No further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of. The application is also disposed of. 6.
