proceedings arising out of two FIRs, pending before the concerned courts in Rohini Courts (North District), to the competent courts at Patiala House Courts, New Delhi:

(i) FIR No. 590/2022 dated 01.08.2022 registered at Police Station Narela Industrial Area, Delhi, on the complaint of Ms. Moni Sharma, and (ii) FIR No. 351/2018 dated 11.08.2018 registered at Police Station Alipur, Delhi, on the complaint of Mr. Sonu Sharma. 2.

The contention of Mr. Vijayant Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners, is that the petitioners have been intimidated and threatened by the respondents and their counsel when they attend the Court in connection with these proceedings. Mr. Sharma has drawn my attention to a communication dated 10.12.2025 addressed by the petitioners to the Station House Officer ["SHO"], P.S. Prashant Vihar. 3.

Having regard to the aforesaid facts and circumstances, at this stage, rather than transferring the proceedings to another Court, I am of the view that the appropriate course is to direct the Investigating Officer and the concerned SHO to ensure that the petitioners are able to attend the Court proceedings without fear or intimidation. 4.

In the event the petitioners inform the concerned SHO of their arrival on the dates of hearing, Ms. Manjeet Arya, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, states that necessary arrangements will be made to ensure that they are able to participate in the proceedings effectively, and without fear.

The petitions are disposed of with these observations, without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to approach the learned Trial The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

Court or this Court again, in the event of any exigency. 6.

The petitions, alongwith pending applications, stand disposed of with these observations.
