The nominal roll shows that the petitioner has availed of furlough lastly between 23.09.2016 and 07.10.2016 for a period of 2 weeks. He was released on parole between 20.07.2016 and 20.08.2016 for a period of one month. Thus, a period of six months has not elapsed from the time when the petitioner was lastly released on parole.

The petition is, accordingly, not maintainable at this stage.

Dismissed.
