% 21.04.2017 IA No. 4748/2017 This is a joint application filed by the parties under Order XXIII Rule 3 inter alia setting out the terms of their settlement. The parties jointly pray that the present suit be decreed as per the terms recorded in paragraph 1 of the application. In terms of the settlement, the learned counsel for the defendants has also handed over a cheque for a sum of `50,000/- to learned counsel for the plaintiffs. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that he would remit the money to M/s BUSINESS SOFTWARE ALLIANCE.

The said agreement is lawful and is supported by affidavits filed by the parties. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement, as recorded in the application. Let a decree sheet be drawn

up. The present application shall form a part of the decree sheet. The suit and all the pending applications are disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J.
