Pursuant to order dated 19.04.2024, Mr. Abhishek Gupta has entered appearance on behalf of the respondents no. 2 to 5. 2.

It is not in dispute that not even a single order has been passed by the Office of ONGC at Delhi, however, the learned Single Judge has rightly dismissed the writ petition W.P.(C) 3673/2024 vide order dated 12.03.2024. 3.

Accordingly, the present appeal stands dismissed in view of having no jurisdiction of the issue raised by the appellant with liberty being granted to him to approach the appropriate forum.
