This is a petition filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 seeking direction against the respondent to remove the name of the petitioner from the list of banned firms. 2.

Mr. Taneja, learned counsel for the respondent has handed over a copy of the web page of list of banned firm from where the name of the petitioner has been removed.

Dr. Chandra Shekhar, learned counsel for the petitioner states that in view of the submission of Mr. Taneja, he does not press the present petition while seeking liberty to approach the Court in case of any subsequent detrimental developments.

Granting that liberty, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
